Qualifications for Education
1. Candidates must meet the eligibility requirements as of the application deadline (30.01.2024) and be enrolled in an academic year 2023–2024 to be eligible to apply. Additionally, candidates whose final degree is available by 31.03.2024 and whose aggregate is 60% marks or CGPA 6.5/10 for ME/M.Tech courses and 65% or CGPA 6.84/10 for B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc. courses (average of all semesters for which results are available) are also eligible.
2. The minimum cumulative grades for an M.E. or M.Tech should be 60% (averaged across all semesters) or a minimum 6.5 on a scale of 10 for the CGPA or CPI, or an equivalent.
3. A minimum cumulative grade of 65% (averaged over all semesters) for B.E., B.Tech, or M.Sc., or a minimum CGPA or CPI rating of 6.84 on a 10-scale, or equivalent, is required. Candidates for AMIE/Grad IETE must receive at least 65% of their CGPA (6.84) on a 10-point scale in Section B alone (only those who registered for AMIE before May 31, 2013 are eligible).
4. The minimum cumulative grades for a B.Sc. should be 60% (averaged across all semesters), or a minimum 6.5 on a scale of 10 for the CGPA or CPI, or an equivalent.
