Co-ordinate and follow up with the team for data gathering
Perform analysis of data and posting MIS as per the set frequency ( Daily, Weekly, Monthly )
Maintain and store data files and documents as per the needed format
Respond to queries related to their MIS
Co-ordinate for Administrative Activities of the Unit
Helping the unit with all the ad hoc tasks assigned by seniors from time to time
Make Reports, Dashboards,s and PowerPoint presentations for the Unit
Tellecalling internal or external stakeholders for various comments and reporting to seniors
Requirements:
Good Team spirit
Time / Team Management
Proficient in local language
Proactive & focused approach
Good in excel and MS office
Data Management Persuasion Skills
Bachelor’s Degree
